1-May Pork Pattie Supper; in conjunction with 'Spring Garage Sales' Kossuth County Pork Producers grill pork patties served with chips and bars. Free-will donation fundraiser with all proceeds donated toward improvements at the Library. Serving time is 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm on the north lawn of the public library. 4-May Whittemore Fire Department and Ambulance Service Annual Pancake and Sausage Breakfast; Annual event. Volunteer Fire Department and EMS Personnel prepare and serve pancakes and sausage from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in the truck bay of the Fire Station. 26-May Seely-Walsh Post #425 of the American Legion Memorial Day Parade and Program; Legion, Auxiliary, and Little League players march in the parade. Parade begins at the Legion Hall at 9:45 am with a program dedicated to all Men and Women who served immediately following at the Whittemore Community Center.
