1-2-Mar Emmetsburg Extravaganza - Show Choir and Vocal Jazz Choir Competitions; Friday will be Middle School Show Choirs competing on stage in the Emmetsburg High School Gym at 5:00 pm. Saturday will see Vocal Jazz Choirs competing in the Emmetsburg High School Auditorium starting at 8:00 am. Saturday will also feature Show Choir competitions in the High School Gym starting at 8:00 am and continuing through finals competition at 7:00 pm. 19-29-Mar Soles4Souls Shoe Drive; An outreach project that benefits both disabled and underprivileged individuals. New or old, Iowa Lakes wants your shoes. Donors are asked to tie shoes together by the shoelaces, or bind them with a rubber band before placing them in the collection boxes. Shoe donations are being taken at any ILCC Campus during regular business hours.
