Divine Mercy Catholic Parish – Administrative Specialist – FT
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the parish
database, website, and social media applications and assists in the business aspects of the
parish office. This position reports to the Pastor and Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parish database program, train staff, generate reports.
• Maintain parish website, parish app, parish Facebook page and parish YouTube channel.
• Demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions to create a positive
experience with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with church related entities for special projects.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum associate degree and 5-7 yrs experience in office administration related field
• Working knowledge of database management software. eCatholic & GabrielSoft
experience preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software through
MS 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, highly organized, and
ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality.
